Build your defence: Buchi Fire Cider has deep roots in folk medicine and has traditionally been used as a remedy for winter colds and lurgies (but can be used all year round). Buchi Fire Cider is a twist on the ancient medicine, using kombucha vinegar as well as apple cider vinegar for the base of this herbal tonic, it is fermented with the help of our own Buchi culture (called a SCOBY or Mother). Combined with nature’s superheroes – ginger, turmeric, garlic, galangal, horse radish, chilli, herbs, onion, pepper and lemon – makes this herbal tonic punchy, zesty and warming to the body and soul. Buchi Fire Cider is hand-crafted in small batches and brewed for six to twelve months. Everything in your Cider is fresh and raw from local QLD organic farmers. The ginger, turmeric and galangal is grown with care at the Buchi farm on the Sunshine Coast. None of our ingredients have been heated or reconstituted, maintaining their nutritional potency.

Our favourite way to take Buchi Fire Cider is to mix a shot with a tablespoon of raw honey to soothe and repair.
