Buchi Mama (Original)

Our Buchi Mama is 100% Organic, 100% Raw, 100% Delicious, wildly fermented Kombucha, full-bodied, and packed full of digestive acids and enzymes, with nothing added.

Ginger Tumeric

And the wonders of turmeric are too long to mention – with its anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant properties, this drink will sort out an achy body or stiff joints. Combined with our living kombucha cultures you have a drink that rebuilds the body.

Hibiscus & Galangal

Our energizing kombucha is deliciously tangy and refreshing, with a hint of galangal (thai ginger) hibiscus flower and our kombucha cultures. High in vitamin C this drink quenches the thirst, assists in hydration, stimulates digestion, and energises the body and mind.

Deep Greens

Our Deep Greens Kombucha are packed full of blood alkalizing greens. The ‘greens’ are all certified organic, highly concentrated, raw, and made up of blue-green algae, grass juices and leafy green vegetables. This means that our greens are enzyme-rich that can be immediately taken up by the body (bioavailable). Combined with our living kombucha cultures this is a superpacked drink for alkalizing and supercharging the body.

Buchi Beer? This is a twist on our traditional kombucha’s. Buchi Beer, with hops, molasses and sorghum, is a cultured, guilt-free, nutritious, delicious, alcohol free beer alternative. We use a hops flowers and sorghum (instead of the usual tea)and combine them with a Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast (commonly called a SCOBY or Mother) and molasses to make this Buchi Beer. The first ever brew of its kind in Australia! All ingredients used are fresh and raw from organic farmers, and loving handcrafted. Enjoy the earthy, full- flavour yet clean tones of our Buchi Beer!

Buchi Water Kefir (or tibicos) is the real deal – cultured with water kefir crystals (also called grains) which convert water, nutrients and natural sugars into this beneficial gut-friendly, probiotic. Deliciously tangy and refreshing, our water kefir is packed with nutrients, vitamins and microorganism to stimulate digestion and energise the mind.
